Harold Huggins is in his 56th year in the business. He was President of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS in 1990 and was the President of the Maryland Association of REALTORS in 1999. Harold Huggins was elected as regional vice-president of the National Association of Realtors in 2002. He was the regional vice-president for region 10 of the CCIM Institute for three one year terms and is currently serving a three year term on their board of directors. He also holds the General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) designation awarded by the Appraisal Section of the National Association of REALTORS.
