Wayne sold our previous home, and was our agent for the purchase of our current home. He had a sales contract on our previous home in less than a week, which led to a full asking price sale. He also helped negotiate the purchase of our current home for $20,000 less than the asking price. All of this took place just as the housing market was beginning its downturn.
