I have a "Call Capture Service." When someone reads my ad with your listing in it, they can call a toll free number, listen to a presentation about your home and leave me a message if they wish. As they hang up, I am paged immediately, usually while they are still looking at your ad. I call and attempt to make an appointment to sell them your home.
