  • Create and submit web page for the property to multiple websites

  • If applicable, for occupied properties coordinate with Centralized Showing Service (CSS) for additional security & reporting

  • Load exterior & interior photos on the internet

  • Market your home in the Re/Max Array of Homes (located in Safeway & Giant)

  • Place "For Sale" sign in your yard

  • Suggest improvements to property, if necessary

  • Create Property Fact Sheet

  • Mail Just Listed postcards to your immediate area

  • Estimate closing costs and net profits

  • Call, email or visit to give an update on current marketing status

  • Hold Open House

  • If applicable, coordinate and educate selling property with a tenant

Week 2:

  • Check with agents who have shown your home and relay comments

  • Call, email or visit to give an update on current marketing status

  • Present offer, if any on Tuesday
