This allows us to make educated decisions on any changes necessary to make your home sell more quickly. WEEKLY CONTACT by our team will inform you of anything that would be pertinent to selling your home, to check supply of marketing materials, and to ask if you need additional service.

From Contract to Closing
Regular PROGRESS REPORTS from a team member as to status of purchaser’s loan, contingency removals (home inspection, radon inspection, etc.), bank appraisal, coordination with settlement attorney, termite inspector, well and/or septic certifications, etc.
