What Samson Properties can do for you?
As a buyer, I can save you thousands of dollars by giving a portion of my commission back to you. I give $500 per $100,000 on resale home and $1,000 per $100,000 on new construction homes. My cash back is based on a 3% commission split from the listing agency. If you are selling your home, I can list your home for 4 1/2% (3% to the buyers agent & 1 1/2% to Samson)
