Our Company was founded in November 2004, by four professionals with over 40 years of combined Real Estate experience. After many years in the Real Estate brokerage business, Gary J. Rudden, Rick Reed, Nick Bobruska, and Robyn Fitzgerald have created a business model that benefits the consumer. The concept is simple. We provide FULL SERVICE Buyer and Seller representation without the high costs of the traditional broker.

GARY J. RUDDEN, Broker/Owner
Gary is a native of Montgomery County. He graduated from The University of Maryland and has over 24 years in real estate sales. Growing up in a real estate family, and joining the "family business" in 1985 has provided him with the market knowledge & sales experience to become a "Top Producer" in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Rudden Real Estate has been servicing the Washington Metropolitan Community since 1949, and remains one of the TOP Residential Property Management Companies specializing in Single Family, Town Home, and Small Multi-Family Management. In November 2004, he now brings his sales and leadership experience to Congressional Residential Realty, LLC.

LISA RUDDEN, Salesperson/Realtor

Lisa Rudden has been a resident of Montgomery County for 21 years. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a marketing/journalism degree. Lisa & Gary have been partners at Rudden Real Estate,Inc. since 1995. She has been in sales for 21 years. Lisa's dedication to her clients, market savvy & creative marketing have helped her become one of the top agents in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. In late 2004 Lisa moved to Congressional Residential Realty, LLC.

RICK REED, Associate Broker/Owner
Rick is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. Licensed in the State of Maryland since 1991, Rick is an Associate Broker and earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation in 1999. He is one of the owners/managing partners of Congressional Residential Realty and holds the office of President. 

NICK BOBRUSKA, Realtor/Owner
Nick is a resident of Montgomery County and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Nick provides both buyer and seller representation through out the Maryland area. Nick also specializes in disstressed properties. If you are looking for a handy man special or have a property that needs work, give Nick a call. Nick is a local homegrown Realtor that has vast knowledge of the areas Real estate market. Prior to his real estate career, Nick was involved in local Real Estate Development and Construction Industry. Robyn is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and is one of the owners of Congressional Residential Realty. Robyn represents both buyers and sellers.
