GARY J. RUDDEN, BROKER/OWNER
Gary is a native of Montgomery County. He graduated from The University of Maryland and has over 22 years in real estate sales. Growing up in a real estate family, and joining the "family business" in 1985 has provided him with the market knowledge & sales experience to become a "Top Producer" in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Rudden Real Estate has been servicing the Washington Metropolitan Community since 1949, and remains one of the TOP Residential Property Management Companies specializing in Single Family, Town Home, and Small Multi-Family Management. In November 2004, he now brings his sales and leadership experience to Congressional Residential Realty.

RICK REED, ASSOCIATE BROKER/OWNER
Rick is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. Licensed in the State of Maryland since 1991, Rick is an Associate Broker and earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation in 1999. He is one of the owners/managing partners of Congressional Residential Realty and holds the office of President. Rick works with his wife Ivy as Team Reed to provide Buyer and Seller representaion to their clients.

NICK BOBRUSKA, REALTOR/OWNER
Nick is a resident of Montgomery County and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Nick provides both buyer and seller representation through out the Maryland area.
