Since 1985, Professional Property Management of Northern Virginia, Inc. has specialized in the management of residential properties for Foreign Service Officers, State Department employees, Military Personnel, World Bank employees, and investors.

PPM has a large inventory of homes available for rent throughout the Washington Metropolitan area including most of Northern Virginia and Washington DC.

Our offices are located in Annandale & Chantilly and are comprised of an accounting staff and three geographically defined teams. Each team is staffed with a Property Manager-Team Leader, Field Inspector, Maintenance Coordinator, Leasing/Marketing Manager and an Office Manager. Because we limit the geographical area that each team handles, we are able to ensure that we provide superior management services to all our clients and tenants.

Our team approach provides fast & efficient processing of rental applications. (Credit checks, income verification and rental references) Our processing fee is $50 per individual or married couple.

We provide a comprehensive walk-through orientation for our tenants to ensure that they are familiar with critical elements within the home and proper maintenance procedures. Our staff is on call 24/7 for any maintenance issues that occur after normal business hours or on weekends and holidays.
