You could say real estate is in my blood. I grew up watching my father, custom home builder Anthony Clatterbuck of Graystone Homes, making real estate deals and interacting with both Buyers and Sellers. He taught me the value of honesty, integrity, and hard work - principles I live and work by. Licensed in 2006, I went to work for my mentor, Lynn Stone, as a licensed assistant. Our networking relationship has evolved into the team concept which enables us to better serve our clients. I have obtained the e-PRO designation. My working knowledge of the latest technological advances and background in marketing and graphic design allow me to offer my clients an edge in today's marketplace. As a native of the Culpeper area, I can offer an insider's knowledge of the area and businesses, as well as familiarity with the local building and real estate industries. My current position as a Realtor for Graystone Realty is my dream job. I am able to work with things I am passionate about: land, homes, and helping people realize their dreams!
