Ed has practiced real estate for more than 20 years as a full-time agent. The Associate Broker's license is the highest level license available. He has been a life-time resident of Harford County and holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics. During his career as a Realtor, Ed has achieved the designation of GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), he is also a member of the Harford County Association of Realtor's Million Dollar Club. Ed's primary focus is on the sale of single family homes, however, his expertise in the sale of lots, land and farmettes has been developed over 30 years of personal experience. His education and background provide him with a particular knowledge in creative financing. As the Garono Team Leader, Ed oversees the activities of a Sales Associate, Licensed Assistant, and a full-time Administrative Assistant.
MATT GARONO, SALES ASSOCIATE
Matt Garono is full-time real estate agent who graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He grew up in Harford County and attended John Carroll High School. He now lives in Fell's Point. Matt's previous work as a caddy and a home improvement contractor's assistant provide him with a solid background in interpersonal communication as well as a good understanding of construction. He participates in real estate coaching through the Mike Ferry Organization, in order to improve his customer service and market expertise.

A professional sign will be placed on your property along with a key box to facilitate with showings. Ed's team will also prepare advertisements, fliers, and provide maximum exposure as well as ensure that appointments on your property are scheduled and followed up on for feedback. UNDER CONTRACT Karen and Jeannie will monitor all activities involved once your property is under contract.
