You may use this site to search listings whenever you want. Simply click on Homes Prospector in the left menu bar. If you leave your e-mail address and information as to what you want, the computer will automatically e-mail you any new listings meeting your exact specifications!
We are prepared to give you any level of service you require. Once you have selected listings you wish to see, please call to arrange showings.
If you wish to buy a house you have already seen, please call. We can represent you on this offer without requiring further obligation from you. You will still get our professionalism, knowledge, loyalty, and confidentiality.
When you go to an Open House:
Do NOT sign the open house book. Tell agent you are working with the LevyTeam. You may download our business card and give it to agents if you wish.
Should they follow up with us about your interest, it would help if we knew your name and the hice you found interesting. We don't wish to be overly intrusive, but there is a point at which some contact is necessary if we are to serve you. YOU need to determine that point.
