Personal History
As a prior high school English/Journalism teacher, I am able to communicate all aspects of a home purchase, to simplify and bring to a close the transaction.  I am experienced in helping buyers purchase bank-owned properties and short sales.  I have also helped home owners short sale their home to avoid foreclosure and possible bankruptcy, as well as to lessen the impact on their credit and potentially to walk away from the bank with no debt and tax consequences.   Northern Virginia (Gainesville) resident for 27 years. Married 36 terrific years!  First time Grand Dad in July 2010!!!
