Thank you for the opportunity to share with you some information about my background and about how I might assist you in your Warren County, VA real estate needs.  You’ve contacted me at a wonderful time as 2010 was my most productive year yet with over 9.5 million closed and I’m on track to close even more this year.  I’m hoping that the increased activity is a sign that the market is improving and that market values have stopped declining rapidly.

This profile is intended to provide you with some insight about my work history, interests, and values.  I’m proud to have been recognized the past 6 years with Weichert National Sales Awards and have been ranked, since 2004, in the top 5% nationwide.  Most recently, I was named the Weichert Capital Region’s “#1 Top Listings Sold Associate,” at our last yearly awards banquet ranking first among over 2,400 agents in DC, MD and VA. I was also the 2007-2010 top Weichert agent for Warren County Sales and listings sold.

My childhood was spent in Warren County and I graduated as the top-ranking female in Warren County High School’s class of 1994.  Immediately following my college graduation in May of 1998 from College of Charleston (Corporate Communication and Business, 3.8 overall gpa), I accepted a recruitment position with the American Red Cross Blood Services.  In late August of 1999, I resigned from that rewarding career to take advantage of once-in-a-lifetime international traveling opportunities.  After nearly a year of working part-time to fund my travels, my love of exploring prompted me to become a flight attendant with United Airlines.  After marrying one of my best friends from high school and returning to Front Royal, my desire to be more involved in the local community lead me to a career as a real estate agent with Weichert, Realtors in 2002. Since then I was also involved with the local American Red Cross, serving through the years as Disaster Action Team member, Chair of the local Council and Vice Chair of the Top of Virginia Chapter until 2010.  I was honored and humbled in to be named the 2008 Top of Virginia Chapter recipient of the Clara Barton Award for volunteer leadership. I’m also involved in my church and excited to serve as the Front Royal/Warren County United Way 2011 and 2012 Campaign Chair (we exceeded our goal last year and are shooting for $112,000 in 2012).  We have such a wonderful community and it’s a joy to raise our children (Will, 7 and Sara, 5) while participating in area projects and events.
