Senior Specialists
One of our specialties is working with senior clients, and Pam is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). This program ensures that its members have the requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. Many of our senior clients started working with Joan or Pam a number of years ago, and now as they work with both Pam and Joan, they find that they or a family member qualify for special Senior programs. We would be happy to discuss these programs with you as well.

e-Pro Certified Internet Professional
One of the tools we utilize is technology. Pam has completed the e-Pro Internet Certification program, and we are utilizing the information learned in the course to constantly improve the process of buying and selling homes for our clients.Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.

Additional training and education
Joan and Pam have both completed the Realtor Institute program known as GRI, comprising 120 hours of primarily residential-focused real estate coursework.  Joan has also completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) course, oriented toward working with residential buyer clients.  They both attend continuing education courses throughout the year, to maintain the highest level of knowledge in the field.
