Why do you specialize in New Home communities?
Since I am a former Sales Manager for a planned community of New Homes and grew up in the custom homebuilding business, it allows me to share my knowledge and expertise with clients interested in new homes. I can also share valuable tips on ways to save money on options, various ways to negotiate, and head off potential stress for my clients since I am familiar with the new home sales process.
What do you know about construction?
Since I grew up in the custom homebuilding business, I possess a wealth of knowledge about construction that can be of value to a New Home Purchaser. For example, choices of shingles, siding, cabinet choices, lighting choices, kitchen countertops, construction materials and their benefits, special building techniques and so forth.
Do you serve as a Buyer's Agent?
Yes. It costs Home Buyers nothing to have an Agent represent them and their best financial interests since an Agent is paid by the Seller. My background as a New Home Sales Manager is extremely valuable to New Home purchasers. I can provide guidance and counseling including negotiating on behalf of the Purchasers. I can serve any buyers whether with a new or resale home purchase.
Why should a Purchaser or Seller choose you over another agent?
Your greatest value with me as your agent is my expertise and tenure in the business. I have been involved in over 200 sales or purchases in the business and thus have seen and been involved in nearly every scenario imaginable EXCEPT any lawsuits. Experience with transactions is the only way to learn in this business. I have a long list of satisfied clients who are more than willing to speak to someone considering me as their listing or buyer's agent. All you have to do is ask!

By far my greatest strengths are negotiation and marketing skills!
